Introduction
EasyFix is a new convergence app that enables subscribers of Unifi, Unity Lite (Streamyx), voice to self-diagnose and troubleshoot Internet connection, speed, Wi-Fi, telephony, and/or IPTV. EasyFix will assist customers in identifying and resolving issues on their own before contacting TM.
You can self-diagnose and troubleshoot internet connection, internet speed, Wi-Fi, telephony and IPTV problems via portal and/or mobile phone.
EasyFix Usage
EasyFix will assist you to self-diagnose if you are having issues with your internet connection, internet speed, IPTV and/or telephony.

EasyFix will redirect you to Live Chat Support if your connection issue persists and need further assistance based on the diagnostic summary.
EasyFix is best viewed with Internet Explorer 9.x or higher, Mozilla Firefox® 16.x or higher, Safari 5.1 or higher, Chrome 23 or higher, or an equivalent browser software. If your browser is older, you may have trouble viewing the content.
This may caused by old data cache stored by your browser, that need to be cleared in order for EasyFix to work properly.
Steps to clear cache on Google Chrome:
Click ⋮ (three dots) → Settings
Go to Privacy and security → Clear browsing data
Select Cached images and files → Click Clear data
Steps to clear cache on Microsoft Edge:
Click ⋯ (three dots) → Settings
Select Privacy, search, and services
Under Clear browsing data, click Choose what to clear
Tick Cached images and files → Click Clear now
Steps to clear cache on Safari (Mac):
Click Safari → Settings (or Preferences)
Go to Advanced → enable Show Develop menu
Click Develop → Empty Caches
