I’m Unable to Connect to the Internet (unifi Lite/Streamyx)

Here's how a typical set-up would look like in our homes. Please take some time to locate (A), (B), (C) and (D) before moving on to the troubleshooting steps below.

*The devices and their placements might differ from the example graphic.

A: Power Adapter

B: ADSL Modem

C: Splitter

D: Wall socket


Below would be the steps for troubleshooting:

Step 1:

Ensure ADSL Modem (B) is connected to the supplied power adapter (A).


Step 2:

Attach the cable from ADSL port at (B) DSL Port to Splitter port at (C).


Step 3:

Attach the cable from Splitter line port at (C) to the wall socket (D) using an RJ11 cable.


Step 4:

Ensure the ADSL Modem (B) power LED light is on. If you are still having connection issues, click here.
