I’m Unable to Connect to the Internet (Copper).

Here's how a typical set-up would look like in our homes. Please take some time to locate (A), (B) and (C) before moving on to the troubleshooting steps below.

A: Power Adapter

B: SBVM Modem

C: Wall socket

Below would be the steps for troubleshooting:

Step 1:

Ensure SBVM Modem (B) is connected with the supplied power adapter (A).

Step 2:

Attach the cable from SBVM port at (B) to wall socket (C) using an RJ11 cable.

Step 3:
